Store look so like their others-not like a warehouse.
Product is the same as High street-not from centuries ago.
They had an extra 20% off Sale prices-TRUE BARGAINS.
The staff were great -helpful but not pushy. Lady helping was lovely-(said Jill on receipt)
Got bags of stuff-.

Sizing choices, for men at least, often skewed towards S and XS but if you look hard enough there are sometimes a few larger things.

I would strongly recommend to the management that retraining in customer care, security and frankly good manners and common decency is very much required!!
Was rather pleased to find a Fat Face after visiting J32 to treat our son to a round of Crazy Golf. However, I wont be stepping foot in this shop ever again after being persistently followed around the shop to the point the dark curly haired girl nearly fell under my feet as she was so glued to my side!!! She was also closely followed by her blonde colleague - the pair of them constantly leaving the till unattended (clearly an unintelligent approach to security - wouldn't be surprised if stock had gone missing whilst we were under this misguided surveillance).
A word of advice girls - a windswept 40 year old woman shopping with her family is not a strong indicator of a shoplifter - some brain cells very much required!!
