Me and my family had an early flight and we arrive at the hotel at 3 in the morning. We made our reservation on the same day but little did we know that check in was at 2 PM. Luckily, Jessica had managed to accommodate us, although it was on chargeable basis. We can understand that but she had managed to give us an affordable rate. We thought that we had to wait but she was there to give an alternative option. Thank you so much

I've had a great experience staying at this hotel and definitely recommend it. The location is great, as it's halfway between downtown and the airport.

I arrived at night due to my flights arriving late, however the hotel was very accommodating. Special thanks to Yash! She was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time, as well as ensuring that I had a comfortable stay after my long journey. Thank you so much!

The rooms were airy, spacious and modern. The rest of the hotel was also very well appointed, with modern furnishings and great facilities. This hotel is great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was an amazing one. Few minor issues encountered but still it was eventful. Had booked for 3 rooms and lucky enough that we met Jessica from the reception. We had a certain request if they can be able to keep us on the same floor, and no hesitation she helped us! Rooms are keep and well maintained! Had met the floor supervisor John, thank you for taking care of our rooms. Breakfast was delightful, overall we will still comeback here if given another chance.

I had an amazing stay here. Especially Miss Son Maya who was there at the breakfast buffet assisting us even with the very busy rush. She helped us with everything that we needed and was very polite and patient with our needs. Would love to give a big thumbs up to miss Son Maya.

We went to stay for about a week as a family. The value was good enough and It showed that it was a 4 star hotel so we went for it. Check-in was easy, and you may also check in online. We went to the room and it was hot. After many calls and a few different people coming, we informed management, and they changed us to another room (Took about 3 hours for this to happen). Apparently, it is a common issue to have a/c problems. Employees are friendly but lack initiative. I had to make many calls just to get towels, bed sheets, and simple supplies that a room should have already provided. Keep in mind that if you need anything it will take hours before you get it. We had to continuously fix our room key as they would stop working every other day. The rooms also could use a refresh, as many things look old or dirty. Towels and bed sheets had holes, curtains and carpets were awfully dirty. The swimming pool was also a disappointment. We also paid for the breakfast buffet, and that was a good and decent experience. Ms. Lillian was always a cheerful face every morning and would make lovely egg dishes for the family. She was a delightful presence in the hotel. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Bed was comfortable and rooms are clean and intact only AC's aren't working much at all. Hopefully, maintenance can improve more.
Reception was really helpful. Requested to move us a room as previous one AC is not turning on. Jessica had given us upgrade due to inconvenience. Thanks to her help. ????

Staff (Jessica) were accommodating and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious and very homey.

My husband and I had a pleasurable and fun experience! Would definitely come back and stay.

Definitely recommend.

So, let me start by saying my first trip to the outdoor lounge was amazing. The whole staff here was very attentive. Anything that I need was addressed. Then Alicia came into the picture. Just when you think it can’t get any better, it did. She was the most friendly and attentive waitress that I have ever seen. Never did I want for anything. I really appreciate her service and the whole staff also. Very happy customer here. Thank you all!
