For busy people this is the best training around. The Training I receive is second to none and the staff are Friendly, Helpful and extremely professional while carrying out the training sessions

EMS studio in AlAin with excellent service. They have 2 different types of device. With wires for strength training and wireless for cardio training. Professional trainers. Friendly environment.

I lost my body shape, I was extremely much better than now. Knowing that I used to go to gym, I don’t recommend it, go to gym instead, normal exercises feels better and much better results
