Very good experience to visit them first time and happy from Nt payments staff they are all very good and welcoming, one week ago received call from NT.Wallet helpline and surprise for me got gift from them (Meta Quest 2) i never think i am lucky person, first time i got call for congratulations you are win some gift and wait for 2nd call after they call me again and invite me in head office NT.Wallet and give me gift and certificate for achievement

Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

The agents have no idea what they’re doing you’ll just waste your time and apparently there isn’t even a supervisor available on weekends let alone a manager.

It happened to me twice.

The first time I recharged I got the credit after 56 hours. It took a lot of calls to their customer service department and a lot of follow ups.

The second time I recharged, well its been 4 days since then and I still have not received the credit. I keep contacting them and they keep blaming Etisalat. Etisalat says they cannot even track the payment to confirm it was done because NT payments is a third party which its. I’ve so far called NT payments and Etisalat a combined number of 15 times and I am yet to receive my credit. I just got informed today that it still needs 2 more days!!
So recharge today get the money next week, amazing.

I don’t recommend using their machines at all to recharge credit unless you recharge today to receive the credit 3 days later at a minimum because they think people recharge not because its urgent but they want the credit for the future and for sure don’t pay your bills through their machines. (Same thing might happen and if you’re paying on the last day or a few days before you’ll either end up with a power outage or no internet or something similar)

NT Payments are not support if you found any machine error due to cash loading time of money so please don't use this machine.

I made a really bad mistake a few days age
I wanted to give my wife some gift cards to buy some devices from Apple
unfortunately I bought Wrong Gift Cards from NT Payments machine (4700 AED)
PLEASE help me to refund it
its too much money, more than my salary
I know that I made mistake

Most laziest service ive ever seen..???? I use their machine for the need of urgent phone credit. and i still didnt get that from many hours. ????????????????????
i tried to call at serive number, i text on whatsapp, no one is responding.
Ill suggest everyone Not to use it, dont waste your money here.

I have been using NT payments especially the mobile App for almost 2/3 years now and it's very convenient and trustworthy. You can add your debit/credit Card and get your work done in absolutely no time. I'll suggest this to the people who wants to get rid of the hassle of going out for little thing which can easily done here.

worst customer service ever will tell you to be back in a minute through whats tells you will be settle within 24hours via landline ..and worst case its their machine thats causing the problem uncompleted transactions dute to the machine rejecting almost all bills ...should be reviewed for cancelation of their machines ..with 0 customer service whatsoever!!!!
