worst service ive even gotten my entire life, no good customer service. ive called ahead of time to get two services done in which they told me they can accommodate me, the minute i finished with one service (which was done poorly) they told me they’re not sure they can do the 2nd service because they “got busy” while i was doing my first service.. and only when i got upset they told me they’re going to do it? i refused and left because there were no seats available anyways?.. the audacity..

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! If I could rate this salon 0 stars I would do so. Totally unorganized. Unprofessional. I went in for a Haircut & Blowdry. Consultation was a joke! They informed me that I need to pay extra for shampooing. So they cut the hair whilst it’s dirty and dry?????? Then they proceeded to shout to one another as other staff were busy eating in the kitchen and they did not know what price to quote me. Cold hair wash even though I asked for the water to be warm. When the stylist proceeded to try and cut my hair without even sectioning it, I’d had enough and I walked out paying for the shampoo. Disgraceful “salon experience”. Have no idea how they manage to have all 5 star reviews? Paid? Friends and family? Do not recommend and will never go back.

Only had to show 2 Pictures and the result was better than that!
