I did place an order 2 days before my sons birthday with every singh details provided to the staff,, and still on the day the provided me a cake with a wrong name on it. I was on the menu, mu husband picked it up and he was in hurry so didn’t cross checked it. When i complained about it to the staff the asked me to send back the cake and will send back the cake with name amendments in 30 mints, i had my guests already waiting for cake cutting, i had no option but to go ahead with the wrong cake. I had received no sorry note or any kind of reimbursement or any condolences from this shop. I didn’t paid a handsome amount for the cake to ruin my son’s birthday party and bear the embarrassment. Not happy at all.. very poor staff and service.

I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the delicious cake I recently ordered from Occassions Zahiya Hamdan Branch. The cake was absolutely amazing, and I have to say, it is one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. The cake was freshly baked, and the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. The texture was perfect, and the flavors were perfectly balanced, making each bite a delight.

The ordering process was very easy, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped me choose the perfect cake for my occasion, and I really appreciated the personalized attention.

The bakery has a great selection of cakes and other baked goods, and I can confidently say that their products are of the highest quality. The prices are also very reasonable, considering the quality of the products.

Overall, I highly recommend Occassions to anyone looking for delicious baked goods. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

The cake shop is my all time favorite. What a Quality product the produces. My special flavors are Strawberry and Red Velvet . StAff are very Cooperative specially Mr Deep… They have ready made Cake available all the time and they do also prepare cakes on order and as per your direction and designs. For Vegetarians they do take orders for Eggless Cakes. There are 2 branches in Abu Dhabi city. mussafah Shabiya and another branch in Downtown Hamdan Street. Highly recommended

I recently visited this bakery shop and tried their Mirror Selfie cake, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The cake was beautifully decorated with the mirror Selfie sheet and the taste was exceptional. The cake was moist, fluffy, and not too sweet. I could taste the high-quality ingredients used in the cake, and the frosting was smooth and creamy. The presentation of the cake was also impressive, with a perfect balance of colors and design. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this bakery and their Mirror Selfie cake to anyone who Loves taking selfies that too on their birthday cake

Purchased cake from here today . But taste is worst , I purchased chocolate fudge cake but taste same like black forest. Only designs good . But if we purchase with out advance booking the same flavour cake tastes excellent.
So for all customers please dont purchase any cake by advance booking, only take the cake available at counter.

Very good quality of cakes available here and eggless cakes also available. Rasmalai cake is very tasty. The staff is very courteous and helpful gives you good suggestions if you are not able to decide about which flavor you wish to buy. This place also offers cookies of different varieties

We ordered the pastry and cookies from Noon Food delivery. Both items are delivered without any bag. During this Covid pandemic, we term this as very unhygienic and quality issue. Next time, we think thrice before ordering anything from Ocassions Cake shop.
