I don't go the docs for everything and sometimes maybe a couple times a year it that.. I needed to be checked for a lump on my back leg. So I rang and could not get an appointment. Wife rang next day and got me one at 4.20 pm. So I finished work early. And got to the centre at 405 pm. 4 people waiting.. By 4 25pm no one waiting apart from me. One person cam in at 4. 35 and within 5 mins was called in.. I waited till 4.55 and still no call. Asked at reception and sed I am next but there was no one in since 4.30 spent an hour waiting and half hour with no one in the reception area . So ti. E off and an hour wait and on one in. Throught the time slots were aprox 10mins per person not an hour. Waste of my time and this is why people can't get an appointment wen you work.. Need to start letting people know if yer that far behide instead of making them wait in a empty waiting room.. a major complaint from me

I've been using this surgery for well over 30 years and - on the whole - I find it to be professional and effective. I've rarely had problems with the staff or its operations and I usually manage to get an appointment whenever I have needed them. Okay it's not always a convenient time, but I make changes where I can to accommodate the time slot I can get. Access to GPs has changed significantly since Covid and unfortunately many of them became squirrelled away, reluctant to see patients, but this is reflective of a wider attitude amongst GPs and shouldn't reflect Moir (I know, my wife and family are nurses).

After a wait on the call waiting, managed to get two doctor appointments same day. Have phoned a couple of times since to get sick notes and these were actioned immediately by text message. Really good service under the circumstances. Everyone very friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

I got my appointment very quick. I called this morning and got the afternoon appointment. The staff is polite, fast response and understand my worries.

Good doctors but takes so long to get through to book a appointment. I also rang over a week ago for my tablets and I've still not got them!

Absolutely ridiculous. Says appointments available between 8 and 6:30pm so why can I not get a telephone appointment after 5pm? Told the Dr's have all gone home. I work full time 8-5:30/6pm Monday to Friday and need a medication review. I am looking into other GP surgeries. Editing to say I am now going to be without my medication because I CANNOT get an appointment after 5pm. I have been told this twice this week now that appointments don't go on after 5pm

I give this 5 stars because my Husband and I have had and still do have wonderful care and prompt attention to any issues with our health.
Also I want to say Julie on reception is extremely professional, helpful and caring, Many thanks from Pete & I :-)

Having self managed my ailments so far it was with some dread I conceded and contacted the surgery yesterday. I was 10th inline but my wait was not too long and the receptionist was extremely polite and listened on answering. She swiftly dealt with my needs resulting in a telephone appointment with Dr Potts today. He too listened, understood and offered advice, treatment and referral. His time was very much appreciated and the link to a web he mentioned, prescription and referral came through within minutes of our call ending. I am without doubt gratefully impressed!!
