The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the coffee is okay but not the best, it's not bad and not good. Its basically in the middle, the thing is that the coffee was burnt in the begging then I made the employee to make a new one. The 2nd one was better but still average, especially charging 28Dhs for an 8 once cup is ridiculous. I can get an easy 18 once cup for the same price in Arabica. Customer service was nice, friendly. The sweetness of the coffee needs to be readjusted because it's just off on all charts, like come on....don't know how to make coffee? I'm not being rude, I'm just being honest.

Over priced AED 45 for a cold matcha full of ice. I asked for Hot Matcha not sweet. I received cold matcha and it was sweet. Which is totally different than what i have ordered. When I asked the lady why i got the wrong order, she said next time I will make sure to get you the right order

Not recommend to try the suite as the price is very expensive comparing to the market and the taste is full of gelatin , and coffee it’s fine!!

I ordered a V60 and i wonder how a cafe can’t manage to perfect v60 its just water and coffee i got it semi cold and the ice melted in less than 10 mins and brought me in a wrong cup i hope you see the issue
