The owner was very friendly in helping me understand the pros and the cons on buying my first car. His name is Micheal, he stayed behind to help me get my details correct and walk me through the process of buying from their company, and made sure I was doing the right thing and what I need to know before I go through buying my first car. I highly recommend going to this company, the process from start to finish, as soon as I applied, it had only taken 3 days: to apply, interview, car check and picking up my car. the company also does final checks before sending it out to me. So I am very happy with my purchase, and definitely going there again in the future.

My experience with Binley Woods was absolutely perfect. Mick was very helpful from the time I called to enquire about the car to the moment I drove off with my new car. Received absolutely fantastic customer service from Mick. From initial enquiry right through to the delivery of my new car, Mick couldn't have been more helpful and setting up the finance was totally stress free. Due to living 400+ miles away from the dealership I was apprehensive about purchasing a car from such a distance without even test driving it, however Mick alleviated all concerns and made the whole process easy. He also really went the extra mile getting the car to my house within days which was hugely appreciated. I'm absolutely delighted with my new car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mick and his dealership.

Purchased an excellent 520D Touring from Mick and I have been extremely happy with it since purchase. Without even having to ask I was offered a very long test drive (not just up the road like some places offer) so I was able to fully test the car. Prior to collecting the car was fully MOT'd again despite it having not long passed and fully serviced / cleaned. I cannot fault the service provided by Mick in any way, a really honest car dealer, something which is quite rare these days!
