They had worms in the sugar packe that i brought and on speaking to the person who works there, justified the same saying with indian sugars it is quite normal. Furthermore since it is organic, it was the usual case. I would like to escalate this to the concerned department who would understand the seriousness of this

This is by no means ORGANIC, i visited them and they are just using the name Organic with out any product of that nature.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely food! The place was quiet when we arrived at 6.30 with a booking, and was all full tables when we left. The garden and stream are lovely and the bridge across was a lovely place to stand and take in the ambiance. Staff were very helpful and polite, and the service was prompt without being rushed. The garlic bread was absolutely amazing and I dont like olives usually, but theirs were so tasty I ate quite a few. A must on your list of places to go if you're in the area :)

Amazing restaurant we came already twice, traditional tasty food and wines, the best Italian restaurant for me in the uk so far. Delicious and well prepared food excellent presentation and quality service. The staff were alright and the prices are high but it is worth it.

Nice food and pleasant atmosphere. Waitress was excellent. Excellent pudding and coffee. Could have done without family children having a tantrum behind the bar though

As ll dishes were a excellent but highly recommend both seafood pasta dishes. 8 of us were dining and the service was good. One meal was late but the waitress explained and seemed devastated.

The pizzas were very good.

The atmosphere is lovely, the building looks like it would have been an old pub.

There is quite a lot of parking. Two bays are marked for disabled but sadly they don't have the box to allow for wheelchair movement, and one of them is even narrower than a standard bay due to a "decorative vehicle" that overlaps into it.

The main entrance has a step (shown in the pictures). We didn't need a ramp so we didn't ask for one, not sure if there might be one available or not.

As you drive though the village, the restaurant is right on the main road, you can't miss it.

Definitely has a community feel to it. The food was good and made using fresh ingredients. There's not a hugely expansive menu on offer here, but for those familiar with Italian food, you should be fine. The service was good. I definitely recommend booking if you're going to visit.

Had a truly wonderful meal, beautiful fresh garlic bread to share,
the flavour of the crab ravioli was incredible and my husband had the duck ragu, followed by my coconut panacotta with fresh pineapple and topped with a mango sorbet, husband had the tiramisu. It was a delicious meal and we shall definitely return and recommend to our friends and family

We had a spectacular meal here tonight! Lovely starter, main and dessert. Highly recommend if you love Italian food - even better that it's authentic! The staff were lovely, friendly and efficient, despite the busy-ness! Only 4 stars for atmosphere because it was loud - but that is just because it was very busy (and I am hearing impaired). Thank you Belluno! (P.S. Get the arancini!)
