Today in hair section very bad service with one of Arabic staff she is not respected my tarn and west my time also she is lying to me i am so upset with this service

I had a really great experience. The vibes were immaculate, friendly and polite staff. Asmaa gave me such a beautiful haircut. I would really recommend it.

I wouldn’t say I liked the service; as soon as I left the spa, my nails started to break because of the bad nail file quality. Also, I didn't like the vibes; the mini & Pedi area was crowded. I couldn’t relax because of the noise.

i did my hair the hairstylist was uncomfortable she burnt my hair and press my head very strong only because i refused the treatment offer she was uncomfortable at all i also did my nail extensions remover my nail looks bad i will not come again for sure star only for the location...

Everyone here is happy, I love the energy of the staff. I can feel my stress evaporating the moment I walk in.

The receptionist is the sweetest, the staff is professional and friendly. The place itself and the decor is also amazing.

Great place, I come here for almost everything, the experience is priceless

I had a great service for manicure with Princess and facial with Myresh. The place is clean and well-kept. I like being served beverages along with the service. The only issue is that the facial service wasn’t on time perhaps due to staffing issue. Nontheless, not defining service time and duration with each customer will affect other customers. I went there expecting to stay only 2h but I ended up spending more time due to this. The staff apologized and assured me that they will improve on this. I will definitely visit again!

Ok here’s an update on 9/10/2020:
Probably not visiting again for several reasons. This place has an issue with timing/schedule. I’m always late. I’m promised a time then I get my service some 15-30 min later. I book a service then I get something different cuz the tech is running out of time. I get “upgraded” service just so I pay more. The actual service is good but I value my schedule and being informed clearly as an adult more than anything.
