Very unprofessional staff, there’s a kind of scam going on in this store items with reduced price tags when you take it to the till they will charge you a higher price saying it’s different one from the ones which is on sale

Can not praise staff enough! Had ordered some trainers online as a Christmas gift to only receive to left trainer! After no contact back from footasylum on there live chat and also the what’s app live chat I decided to take my incomplete order to the Coventry store. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thanks to a lad called Brad who was able to find me an alternative product in the same size and exchange it for the single left shoe.

Appalling customer service, was trying on some stuff in the fitting rooms and was told to put the items back out after, too many lazy people working there. Will not be shopping there again!

Having ordered online to pick up in store. Never had confirmation . Then said lost in warehouse. Had to reorder. Then were in store all the time. So not very happy as was a present.

Great variety of sports clothing. Let down by the staff who seem to be more worried about their appearance than helping you! The young lady on the till had nails so long she couldn't operate the keys! And seemed to spend more time talking to the other ladie on the till than serving. Whilst we we're in the shop several people gave up and left. If staff had better training would have given 5 star for the shop itself.

We travel from Northamptonshire as a treat to this specific store as they always have the latest trends before it comes out In our area, so we always look our best, the store is well presented, and fully stocked in all sizes, the staff are always helpful and willing to help with a smile on their faces as they go.
10/10 all round.
