On June 6 2023 I ordered a taxi for 4.45am. At precisely that time, I received a text saying that the taxi had arrived. It had arrived - at an address 15 miles away! And this, after I had telephoned the company TWICE the day before to confirm all relevant details - my name, address, pick-up time and destination. To be fair, the company did send another car straight away and I got to the airport in good time, but I wouldn't like to go through that experience again.

Amazing minicab company, we have been using Abetta for over 4 years now. The customer service is brilliant, the prices are also competitive, very accommodating too with lovely executive cars and drivers. Thanks, Abetta!

I wish to thank abetta car services for the excellent service I received on going to London Heathrow both drivers were most polite. Cars were perfectly clean and their driving was very good I will have no hesitation using your services again in fact I wish to thank the receptionists taking great care and trouble when our flight was cancelled due to an IT problem with British airways the driver arrived on time and we arrived homes safely thank you again for the excellent service and I'll have no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends and family Glenn

Atrocious! Months ago, I helped a friend book an airport pick-up once, providing my friend's number as the contact number. Despite the fact that I never provided my number I received a booking confirmation text. I called Abetta to let them know that it is my friend who needs to receive the confirmation information and I re-iterated my friend's number. The male Abetta staff said the confirmation had gone to my friend's number and not mine - despite me looking at the relevant text on my phone!!! I thought how odd, and hoped this was the end of it. However, despite never contacting Abetta again since, I have been receiving a few, erratic confirmation texts from Abetta to which each I texted STOP! This offensive situation escalated early last Saturday morning when Abetta called (!) me to discuss a booking!?? I again told them that I had nothing to do them, that I had not made any bookings with them ever! The male Abetta staff he would look into this. But this morning I received yet another booking confirmation text, to which texted STOP. This is now unacceptably intrusive. I hence called Abetta to tell them to stop this harassment once and for all, but the female staff was extremely unfriendly, und unwilling/unable to even hear me out. She talked over me in an angry voice insisting that I booked cars with them!!! She was hell-bound to accuse me and unable to even consider for a moment that - given my experience - Abetta's system is flawed. I insisted the harassment be stopped, but she said 'EXCUSE ME a booking was made using your number...' Abetta's system is obviously flawed. Fix your system. Train your staff. STOP the harassment.

Today I used Abetta cars and had a wonderful experience. The driver Kali was very helpful and nice and took the smoothest route and was very effective. Great communication skills and I was at my destination at no time. also the operators were very effective and they informed me of my waiting time and it was as they said. I recieved text messages to show how far is my driver and they came right on time. Thank you guys. great work.

Booked online. Reservation accepted. Went to sleep. Had a missed call 30 mins after the booking leaving a voicemail cancel. So I had to hustle in the morning to find another cab. Seems like the system to book a cab online is a fairly dumb one.

EDIT: I got a call from the business with an apology and assurances that this was an edgecase and that the system is being upgraded within months and will resolve this issue. I appreciated the customer care. I'll be giving Abetta another go next time I need an airport transfer.

Have used them for years now. Not only are they reasonably priced but also with airport pick ups they automatically update the drivers if flights etc are delayed. Have always found them to be cheaper then the rest with far better standards.

Abetta Cars have been incredibly helpful to me in the last week, when I needed help moving household items for several days running. One of their drivers, Hada, couldn't have been more kind and willing to go the extra mile to make the situation easier. Thank you Abetta Cars.
