Flight: London to Istanbul

I wish the team would have smiled more on the flight as I didn’t see any of the three members smile even once. Apart from that is an OK flight for a budget airline. I would certainly fly with Pegasus again though ????

No transfer facilities in any airport
One should buy visa to transfer in UAE regions

Whole Mess created by Pegasus Airline
Mess number 1: Flight delayed 6 hours straight away from Istanbul to London. No hotel offered or anything.
Mess number 2 : I lost my new suit case worth of 32 kgs and worth of £1200. I also paid 2200 TRY fee for 32 kgs luggage. when i checked in. But in london i havent got my suitcase Airport staff was so helping they tried to contact airline but they said it wil l take 1 to 2 weeks to track down my luggage and straight away pegasus airline said its not their responsibility to provide us same luggage as its carrier staff responsibility. its 6 weeks now and i still havent got my full luggage yet they sent me one picture of my new broken suitcase and said they manage to find out 15 kgs only and rest they lost. They will not compensate any thing.
1) My new suitcase i got later broken and no compensation of my new suitcase yet
2) I paid 2200 TRY for 32kgs and got 15 kgs only so they liable to pay me back remaining 17 kgs fee they charged but they refused.
3) i lost my 17 kgs worth of very very important items no compensation yet.

I am so frustrated and helpless at the moment and my blood is boiling they were so rude and already said if i put negative review or anything they can easily removed from expedia and other sites
what a SUPER RUBBISH AIRLINE IT IS.

Terribly rude staff. disrespected my elderly disabled mother. refused to give our boarding passes whilst calling other staff and saying we were attacking her. never booking pegasus again.

This airline is terrible. First they cancelled our flight and had to wait a day for another flight. Then they forgot to onboard my bags. 48 hours later I still have no clothes.
No compensation offered, no apologies no customer service. And a 2K holiday ruined

Stay away from this airlines if you can. They did cancel my plane 5 times. They don’t look after you as a customer and helpless customer services. Stay away use THY if you can if you go to Turkey.

Avoid, avoid, avoid . The plane was extremely dirty, the bathroom filthy, the staff so rude apart from one guy on my flight back. They barely speak English as well. The food is horrible and expensive. I paid for entertainment on the plane and it wasn’t working and they don’t refund the money just a credit. They make Ryanair look like a 5 star company.
