Bad experience, I came to this salon based on the good reviews that I have read, but I experienced something else, the barber who trimmed my hair and beard did his job in unprofessional way same as what 20 aed barber do, + he worked in hurry because one of his loyal customer is waiting for him ????????

So if your are loyal customer you will have for sure a best experience, but if you came because of google reviews you will not

These guys are the best. Wasn't sure where to get my hair cut in Abu Dhabi as I'm very particular about my hair and am visiting. Everyone is friendly, the salon is clean, the cut was quick, but not rushed at all. I am really happy with my hair. My Uber didn't show up and they even drove me back to my hotel (Shangri-la). Literally the best service I've ever received ???? thanks guys ☺️ ????????

I went to this saloon after reading reviews and it was worth it.. The way Mr. Bilal understood the requirement and the ideas he was giving to make look better.. He is very polite and professional.. And their prices are reasonable as well

I have always had a fantastic service from Emad and his team at Palm Beach Salon over the last eight years. They make you feel welcome, offer you a drink and are very polite and respectful. The quality of the hairdressing is always to a very high standard and I have always had a great haircut. I highly recommend Palm Beach for any type of gentlemen's hairdressing, even if you have to drive a little bit extra to get there. Good luck to Emad with his two new salons, one in Golf Gardens near Abu Dhabi Golf Club and the other (Molto Bello) about to open in Kinza in Khalifa A. You deserve every success as you consistently do a great job at a great price.

Visited few days ago based on the good reviews on google . I was a bit sceptic thinking maybe people are over rating the place.
My experience : the gentleman who took care of me named Bilal , smart and very polite man.I went in for hair keratin treatment , he explained to me what to expect and what could be unwanted side effect.
Done the required service best way possible.I got yhe results i was hoping for.
He didn't even try to sell me any service or products i didn't ask for , gave me a great advice for hair coloring at home and didn't spend the session talking about anything and everything .The experience was very relaxing that i almost fell asleep while having my hair washed .
Thank you Bilal and definitely will visit again.

I've been a customer of Emad and Bilal's for over 6 years. Great work always. Out of convenience I've used other barbers when on vacation etc. for myself and my kids but always have to come back to Emad and Bilal to fix it.

A friendly and fun team that always take care you.

Very professional barbers, respectful with the customers, and their prices are amazing compared to other barbers at the same level. Definitely would come back again.
