VERY BAD service! There are several people in line who wants to buy pandesal and the staff didn't noticed that there's no more pandesal inside the oven because they are very busy chatting and laughing with each other while serving customers and didn't bother to check the oven. Then they are informing the customers that pandesal will take time after we already waited for long time in the queue, because of their negligence. Very disappointing.

Impressive building. Shame you can't go inside. A local asked us what we were looking for when I was there. I told him we were looking at the Citadel. He looked confused as to why. He said there wasn't much to see in poor old Carlisle. On the contrary my friend you have a beautiful old city. Take pride, take pride!

Loved this gem ???? and it's location. You will see this lovely building exiting Carlisle Station and if this is your first impression of the city, I believe it won't change!
