Probably the best pandesal in the area... Today our colleague got us some pandesal as it is a Thursday tradition for us. But today, out of all days, the quality of the bread exceeded all expectations. It was fresh from the oven, with the exterior semi-burnt to a golden-brown crisp and the interior as fluffy and soft as clouds. I am in Pandesal heaven. Thank you to those who bake these balls of wholesome goodness early in the morning! Please please keep this amazing quality up!
