Worst pizza shop ever
It's my first and last time to try it
I just ordered one pizza and the cashier told me it's gonna take 20 mins
And after 20 mins i approached the cashier to check my order they said the oven is not working and it's gonna take 30 mins more
Then i asked to cancel my order and refund my money they said it's already posted on the system and they can't refund it
What a ridiculous shop they're selling pizza but their oven not working

Worst of all worst service ever! We ordered around 11pm and receive the food by 12:35 then the driver is angry because he is telling that he is already overtime. What a horrible system they have. They should not be like this. Will never ever order in this branch again!!!!!????????????????????????????

Yesterday it was a bad experience as you see my comment ????. But today I want to reverse and realize that maybe I’m too hungry yesterday to do this. Also I want to commend the manager of this branch to call me back and ask politely the experience that I had last night. He is perfect in his position because he accept all the mistakes they’ve done and ask for apology. He fully understand my side and respect my opinion. Thank you Sir and see you soon!????????

Just food court seating, no own seating space. Limited availability of sauces, when we visited.
Pizza as always good.

One of the waste services. I came to order pizza order number #47&52, my order time was20.54 on 26/09/2022, I waited more than a hour! Waiting with family please guys take ypur customers seriously

The 3rd time i order pizza from hili mall branch and i told them stuff crust they bring normal pizza and when i call the land line asking about the incharge 2 times they told in the wash room ! WhTttttttttt never going to order there again very lazy staff and bad attitude

Horrible, filthy area to have to wait on your bus at. Cars speeding down the road well over 40 mile limit. Last time I was there (Saturday night), there were 14 youths sitting inside on the stairs drinking Buckfast. Horrible.

To Whom it May Concern,

I've been visiting Scotland for over 50 years and I I am constantly amazed by it's beauty, culture, people and history.
But, this ONE particular area has been a blemish since its inception and only gets worse with time. It's a shame that the city has remained dormant on the visual repugnancy of this bus stop/area. It only get's worse with every passing and "stop", which is a shame since the rest of the area and people are not represented fairly by this eyesore. Its akin to passing a (pre/post) Chernoblyl or some Gulag that does not want you to stay more than necessary. Not even for a minute. It's done nothing to welcome any visitor, never mind a resident. It really doesn't say: "Welcome!" (maybe "Wash Me" ... ?). And for years it's been ... "decaying".

*A quick cleaning (light-power wash), maybe a painted side with a "color or two"?! (idea: seek out local artists/input from area Universities/Colleges!) ... please, anything. It's just painful.
