Very very very poor. Today (Tuesday), I purchased a large pizza because I was aware that we would receive a free large pizza if we ordered a large pizza. When the order was delivered, the saleswoman informed me that she would not be providing me with the complimentary large pizza because she had not been informed that I had first requested the Tuesday offer. I'm sure I requested for the offer at first, but when I called customer service, they said they couldn't help this time ( just a complaint can be registered thats it). Let them remove the false offer, better.

Service - terrible
When I order asked them how much time need to prepare my favorite chicken wings.
If they say 15 mins I wouldn’t order. Sir 8 mins. Finally food arrived after 28mins even its very quite place as it’s in side Souk al jami - grand mosque Abu Dhabi

I waited in line, patiently standing behind two other people. Finally, it was our turn. We stepped forward to the cashier's counter, only to have a lady rudely barge in from the side without any regard for the queue. It was infuriating, especially considering the cashier witnessed the whole incident right before her eyes. Frustrated, we decided to leave and find another place to make our order.

The crust was light and cooked to perfection and the ingredients were fresh in the pizza. The wedges were crispy and the the wings were also scrumptious. Surprised to have quality meal in family deal

It doesn’t have less than 1 star! Very rude staff with slow service. 24 min for a sandwich on weekday after complaining! ????
Taste was not bad though.
