This buns is a must for every person. Go and try it. We normally take the caramel buns with cappucino, americano coffee. Their juices and milkshakes are also yummy.

Coffee was nice.

Service was bad, i was alone at the cafe and i had to raise my voice a few times before anyone would notice me, also their kunafah was very cold. And i repeat i was ALONE, they weren’t busy with other customers, they didn’t have a lot of orders to finish, i was the only one at the cafe and i only ordered the kunafah

Bad service ...deerfields mall...i ordered 1 bun only.i paid .due to rush i told them i come back..when i got back to take my order they just make it.. they give ny oder to someone.the thing is i am in rush they shouldve let the order ready ...!!!

Another appointment and I'm positively impressed. Doctor has been really good trying to find out what is my problem. Also I have been sent for further investigation. Well done and thank you very much x

Staff fantastic despite working under a lot of pressure in resus. Nothing too much trouble. I back junior doctors and nurses for their strike action and safer working conditions and better pay.

Arrived for an 8 a.m appointment, was seen on time. The whole process was seemless, great friendly staff, who couldn't do enough to help. Everything carefully explained and all questions answered.
The areas I saw were light and airey and clean.
Mostly importantly the most welcome coffee and toast was perfect.

A and E and out of hours appointments. Having been very poorly with bronchitis and pneumonia and a chest infection for a couple of weeks. I rang 111 which was a complete “joke” very scripted and can only deal with one symptom at a time. Spoke to urgent care out of hours for an appt was refused an appt. as “not infecting NHS staff with my flu”!.
Following day went to GP who sent me to a and e.
Receptionist very curt and couldn’t deal with multiple symptoms when finally saw nurse practitioner! Despite their being a private room for consultations was sat in the main corridor which was overflowing. No privacy, dignity or respect.
Told “water infection”! Sit and wait in waiting area. After saying would like to see a dr put back in waiting area. Eventually saw a lovely GP who was shocked at the diagnosis! Given immediately a nebuliser and oxygen and eventually sent home with steroids as would mean me sat overnight in waiting room for a bed..
There’s no excuse at all for the staff I saw being abrupt, rude, sarcastic, uncaring if they didn’t want to work in a caring profession get another job!.
Outpatients- go there to sit waiting in clinic full of patients to listen to staff discussing your notes in front of the whole clinic.
Not very professional!.
