A hidden foodie's playground in Musaffah. Step inside and be wowed by the dishes with some recipes handed down by the owner's parents. Tried a few items on the menu and it was a pleasant experience to the taste buds. Highly recommend to try it for yourself.

Parking was full at the front. But found one a short walk from the restaurant.

Chai cutting came in a short shot glass. Wasn't overly sweet which was great for me.

Tandoori chicken was really soft and juicy.

Tried the kebabs. Cooked to perfection with no smell of the lamb and was juicy with the tasty marinade. Forgot to take pics.

Mutton paya was really tasty. Family handed recipe. Very home cooked type.

The wheat breads and parata was perfectly paired with the paya.

The haleem was tasty with big portions of meat.

Dessert of kheer caramel and falooda to end a mouth watering experience.

Friendly and attentive staff. Family seating available.

Worth the trip.

First time. Not again!

- When the service is bad & the waiter does not know what an actual dish is about!

- when you order something and get something else

- when what you get has no flavor

If they spent as much time on their food, as they have on their menu design, the food could have been way better!

Focus on ambience is good, but focus on food (and the customer) is what matters!

We had a great meal at Pappu Paya! The service was excellent, the owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, we had the spinach paneer, fry daal and butter chicken. Accompanied by naan and biryani rice. Perfect for 2 people. Would 100% recommend!

Best paya I had so far. The taste has umami kick because of the tomatoes.

Walking back to the hotel we saw a clean dinner establishment so we came in. Pleasantly surprised as the service was great, really interested in where we were from to help us understand our meal choices. The food arrived quickly. The price for the amount of food was great.

Not a very great experience as it used to be earlier, since inauguration till recently the service and taste used to be excellent

Not a great taste, staff not very attentive, required to be trained to be more hospitable and careful in describing the content and ingredients of the cuisine... Not to misguide. Price comparatively higher to the portion served.

There is a scope for improvement.

A friendly neighborhood restaurant Pappu Paya !

Serving some of the juiciest kebabs. The pictures on the walls gives you the feel of Mumbai streets and the food will make you keep coming back for more. ❤️

Awesome atmosphere and food is delicious! Tried all vegetarian options and they are good. The non-veg class is totally at different level, superb. Must try when in Abu Dhabi.
