The person who attend the call in sales very rude.he doesn't want to listen the customer requirements.when i ask for some material he tells we don't have that item in very rude and rough manner what they sell normally with out checking the stock in system.This is not good for a well known firm

We had a problem with one of the toners they supplied us. This was immediately replaced with a letter from the manufacturer explaining the reason for the fault. In terms of price also they are very competitive as we compare prices from multiple suppliers before we finalize on a purchase. I would highly recommend Pencil and their team to any company that requires office supplies.
