30% more expensive than in other places like African & Eastern. Basic wines, nothing sophisticated. Another turn off is the strong smell of cheap perfume in the whole store that ruins the experience of a wine cellar where you expect at least neutral scents or woody ones.

Variety of basic wine selections from various countries. My particular country is very limited and marked up prices compared to most other shops in Abu Dhabi. So, therefore I rarely shop here even though very near my residence. I tried to talk to manager about buying other popular labels but impossible if not from direct supplier chain.

Best liquor shop in Abu Dhabi bar none. Why do I say this? The variety is exceptional, the prices are excellent and their staff are superb. It makes such a change to go into a shop where they are not simply trying to get the most dosh out of you; their knowledge is so good and they make sure that you’re getting something to match the occasion. I’ve never had a bad recommendation and never feel as though I’ve been ripped off. Thank you.

Good shop, but very bad customer service. Faced awful experience from the staff at the counter because of my color and dress. He insulted me infront of all other customers. A very bad and unforgettable day from Peninsula.

Fully stocked with a wide varity of brands in liquor, wine, beer. Helpful staff. Ask if they have any discounts on products behind the register.

When it first opened it seemed to be only high end drinks for sale but over time there seems to be more affordable brands being sold too. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's not the best place to buy alcohol in Abu Dhabi but if you live close by it can be useful.
