Lovely service from the waiters and they all were friendly, sadly no card machine and place needs to be a bit cleaner

Bad lighting, bad taste of songs, loud music even though we asked to reduce the volume, However, the waitress was good and fast.

The main man (Toby) at Bexhill motors in Eastbourne is a top geezer. Was very happy with the service provided and happy to have my new car on the road. I would 100% get another car from here in the future!!

I am changing my review . Yes Toby did help . But the issue was raised about the timing chain and thermostat, on a few occasions , only to keep being told it was fine . After diagnostic reports it was still not resolved . I was asked by the finance company to return the vehicle , as the works was not completed during the warranty time . And ample chances were given . Now I am left without and car . It’s affecting my work . I am at risk of loosing my job . As I can’t make it to work on time. Since owning the car it has cost me time and money . And still is costing me money . I don’t even have the car anymore . I feel let down massively by bexhill motors Eastbourne . Not Toby personally . Thanks .

Great service as always, I have just bought my 3rd car from Bexhill Motors. Highly recommended and a real pleasure to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Toby again.

First class service from Tobias as soon as I walked in to look at a car.
Very accommodating, nothing was too much.
A good deal made and walked out with the car I wanted less than a week after first enquiring.
Highly recommended

I would very highly recommend Bexhill motors (Eastbourne). After reaching out to Toby initially, he was welcoming and genuine.

During our visit to look at the car, we were offered a test drive right away. We saw a few small issues with the car and the response we received was not expected. Every single thing that we picked up on was rectified and sorted (including a respray of a damaged area - paint work).

Open and honest communication. No catches and full visibility.

Even after we picked the car up, we noticed an issue with a wiper blade that we had all missed and even then, Toby has offered to reimburse the cost for one.

I have bought a few cars, both new and used and I have NEVER received the service I have here.

Well done to you both (Toby and Charlie).

A real pleasure and it's a bit of a cliché saying it but we will definitely go back and use them again when the need arises.

When I went to Bexhill motors Eastbourne, I was served by Toby.
He listened to my needs on what kind of car I was looking for, he was extremely helpful in all aspects of my car buying journey. I would definitely go there again in the future great service no complaints from me

Since the first day I stepped through the door to the multiple visits for test drives, questions and updates on my chosen vehicle, Bexhill Motors has been everything one could expect in a professional company. Most of my dealings were with Toby who was top-notch in every way -- low-key, informed, professional, responsive, and extremely nice -- and I ended up purchasing a fabulous little Mini after several visits.

There were a couple of questions and moments when I needed assistance and Toby was happy to oblige every time. Unlike some dealers who seem to be done with you once you're out the door, Toby and his partner, Matthew, did everything they could to provide a service and follow through on any questions I had.

I'd highly recommend Bexhill Motors Eastbourne and am very happy to have found them.

We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from here we came all the way from Bolton to Eastbourne to collect it. The car was totally worth the long journey. Really impressive car and the customer service by Toby was 5 star. He helped us all the way to the end and made sure we was happy. Even messaged us to check we arrived safely. Will definitely recommend. Only downside is it would be great to have Bexhill in North West to save us the long journey ???? Thank you for great service
