The best nursery I've seen in Al Ain, the management and the teachers all very kind and thoughtful. They really helped my daughter to become more independent and express her needs. The nursery is always clean and the kids are safe there. Thank you so much PINK AND BLUE

My advice is to try first their pay per day system even if it's pricey before registering because there's a strict no refund policy

Their refund policy is very bad. If your kids had an issue to attend the Nursery even if ONE day, they will refund pennies comparing to the total fees you have paid for one month.
NO refund on the registration fees, No refund on the medical fees, a deduction of 10% of the month installment and a deduction of 100 Dhs on each day ur kids attended.

You need to consider these major points before register your Kid.

They will inform you that there will be a slot for your kid, then after a few days they will not call you, unless you call them (that's the time you will know that there was no slot your kid) they will keep your waiting or (worst) they will give your slot to another student!! Not kind of a school to start with your kids!
NO JOKE! 100% guaranteed!

Be careful of this nursery, after paying the fees my child could only attended 5 days due to health issues, they refused my partial refund request, they won't refund a single Dirham.

I didn't even ask for registration fees, just the rest of the month and the days that my son didn't attend.
Their refund policy is extremely greedy.

فكر جيدا قبل تسجيل طفلك في هذه الحضانه، أبني داوم ٥ أيام فقط و بعدها مرض و رقد في المستشفى و حالته الصحيه لا تسمحله يرجع يداوم، طلبت منهم إسترجاع جزئي للرسوم وقابلوني بالرفض التام ولا حتى درهم.

مع العلم أني لم أطالب برسوم التسجيل بل فقط باقي الشهر و الأيام الي ما داومها.

المفروض يكون في شوية ليونه و تفاهم.
