The staff is very very rude specially the female kabayan. when we place an order she throw the plates on the table without saying anything she delay the order as well.

Bulalo tastes good, chicken feet and isaw barbecue are tender & by far the best tasting barbecue I have tried in Al Ain. We liked the Bihon Guisado too. It's just that something's missing with the halo-halo. ???? Overall, we were so happy with the food. ????????

Its our first time to eat here, we came from a far place just to visit the Resto but we were VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with the staff. They are not WELCOMING AT ALL!!! We felt like we were taken for granted, u must improve your service and PLEASE do not let your customer wait for decades, i know staff are tired and busy but atleast assist us well.

Btw we dont have a problem with the food,we dont mind waiting almost an hour to serve it, YES ALMOST AN HOUR????but the staff dissapoint us not to come back again, IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE SOME RESPECT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER.

the food was great the ambiance is nice but the only problem is the staff they are not accomodating and well mannered they are very discourteous specially to the kabayan lady staff she dont know how to smile on costumers i think she need more training on proper costumer service.. worst staff exeperience ever

Me and my family looking for a
Halo Halo in the heart of Al Ain. We found this restaurant. Its our first time
here in this restaurant but we disappointed 3 orders of Halo Halo took 30mins because they ran out of milk.☺️ Do not try Halo Halo here. It is more on ice than the components

we eat there in Saturday dinner time pls talk to your waitress the Filipina lady that accommodate the guest and pls change he's attitude to the customer we don't like how she work on your restaurant shes very unprofessional

Very worst experience very rude staff arguing with customer and how they serve and treat us was very bad, very poor customer service. NEVER EVER COME BACK and EAT again in this restaurant because of the attitude of of the STTAFS, there’s a lot of Filipino restaurants here in al ain but only here we experienced this kind of Staff.
- who ever manage this restaurant kindly discipline the staff…

Nakaka disappoint talaga as kabayan ganun sumagot at magsalita yung staff, Pwede namang Sabihin ng maayos

Calle and asked for a specific part and colour. They said they had it in stock. Wrong part. Wrong colour.

Really great customer service. Called them to collect my car, and within 30 minutes they arrived and towed my car away.

Very helpful on next steps to take, very friendly. Gave me a fair price for my car too. Would definitely recommend!

I had my window broken and was struggling to find a quarter glass window for my nissan micra. They were really helpful on the phone and gave me a really good deal in person when I went to pick up the window. I would definitely recommend.

appalling customer services to start the staff here including the management seem to not know how to communicate with people.
expert 0 respect
0 value for money
and no refund
i will certainly not be reccommending this company to any one.
be warned this guy could be a professional conman and i would not be surprise to be seeing him and his company on the like of the bbc rogue traders.
