Years and years and the quality gets lower. Pizza tastes good but the garlic bread and other sides have worsened. No more salad station, always orders get messed up. The lasagna used be to so yummy but now it's 1 star.

Went with family less vegetation options. Please is big and good. Outside play area for kids available. The parking area is small. It is close to KFC and First Safer Mall. Ambience is good. Only two people are there to serve. Pizza is not cooled properly. Had only half. The price is high and expensive but the location and ambiance is good. For two people the price comes around 100 AED. You can enjoy it with family.

First i saw the reviews and then came here, but luckily i came early for dinner a lady named hosna served us in a good way and found her extra caring.
The place is wide with more sitting space and also having kids playing area outside which may be general for market idk.
And yeah i noticed that there are only 2 waiters so they might not entertain properly in rush or specially at weekends.

A good place to dine with the family. Spacious and comfortable. Had a large pizza of spicy chicken Ranch and it was delicious with a combo of 2 Pepsi medium, creamy Ranch dip, 4 Pc of garlic bread and salads. Cost 75.50 AED. Nice filling and flavorful delight.

A very good place for fast food joints outside of any malls. There's drive through for KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut and even a mini kiosk foe Krispy Kreme.

One of the worst service branches in Al Ain.
They had charged me 4 AED additional for the super limo, which is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. I questioned them about this, and they said it's what their system shows to offer.

The behavior of the staff at dine-in was like take it or leave.
Least bothered about any inconvenience to customers.
When I complained about this to customer care, they apologized and offered me a free salad as it was a technical fault.

Lol! It was a joke to be offered a free salad or AED 4 refund.
They mentioned this on a call, NONE of which I actually received...
Secondly, will someone even bother to waste time and petrol to collect back AED 4 by eventually spending more than that.
I believe this is the last time ever visit to Pizza Hut for me and my family.

I leave my precious salad and AED 4 to them!!!

We're a retired couple on holiday from Australia. What a wonderful surprise this little hotel was! A small, family-run boutique hotel with an absolutely fabulous view of the sea.
Our room was delightful; very clean and comfortable.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu selection for dinner was fantastic and the dining room itself just great. The food was even better than we could have hoped for. And breakfast the next morning was just as good.

Beautiful hotel with new owners who have a made the most of the fantastic location and building.
Very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay.
Food was amazing, would highly recommend the soup and the burgers.
The room we stayed in (Sandpiper) was warm on arrival with the most fantastic views of both the hills and sea.
The bath in the bedroom was a great added feature, soaking away the days walks with a hot bath while still seeing the views and TV without having to get out was a big bonus.
We will 100% be going back and hopefully soon

Stunning place: beautifully restored old building set within a sea-facing garden; luxurious, tastefully decorated room with a big bath and an en-suite shower room. Vegan breakfast options available. Peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Fully recommend.

Very friendly family run business. Hotel is an old hunting lodge, lots of character in a spectacular location. My small single room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with en-suite. Sadly, arrived too late to eat in the restaurant, but ate breakfast the next morning (full cooked) which was brought out with a smile and was great.

Great little stopover spot and a cracking breakfast.

Super helpful staff assisted a late check in and a quick morning exit after a top breakfast.

Needs a stronger coffee but otherwise a cracking spot.
Current owners are working their way through a refurb and just doing things well.

Fabulous stop off.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Go on a nice day and enjoy the views from the garden!

We stopped in for a dinner after a quick search on the internet while driving north. The dining room hadn't opened yet so we sat in the small pub and chatted with the locals and some people staying the night. We then got seated to a table with an amazing ocean view and enjoyed a delicious dinner. We saved this place so when we come back to Scotland we can stay the night. All the staff was so friendly.

We stopped in for dinner and fell in love with this place! From walking in the door and getting a pint at the bar to wrapping up the bill and saying goodbye, the staff, service, and food was fantastic.

We got steak and ale pie, breaded mushrooms, and dessert. The grilled vegetables were properly seasoned (almost everywhere we've been in Scotland has neglected salt particularly on veggies) and tasted fantastic. The steak and ale pie had a lovely flakey buttery crust, rich velvety gravy and perfectly cooked beef and onions.

We can't wait to come back on holiday to stay here.

Myself, partner, his mum and nephew visited for Mothers Day. Our starters, roast dinner & cheesecake was delicious and the hotel itself is based in such a beautiful position on the east coast just outside Helmsdale. We didn't stay in the hotel, but after the meal and being in such a beautiful environment, I'd have to mention that the family run business .is very professionally managed and I would stay here in future due to this. Thankyou for such a lovely meal. We will be back.
