Dont buy their new melts..its worst salty amd hard...staff also not helpful

The food was so dry , there communication was so horrible and bad ????
You could fined better than that for my opinion.

Really the worst pizza for Pizza Hut. This is the look for the pizza and they even charge me more than normal price.

Nice crust and tasty. The one in mushrif mall closes at 12.30 am though.

Counter service was below average.
Need to train and teach more to front desk staff to deal politely and decently.
Its not about selling and buying, but seller should be decent in dealing customers.
Really disappointed with such a below average customer service.

Very bad service ( 20 /09 /22
I ordered my box ,counter staff talked to shift incharge 30 minutes you have to wait ,I said I’m okey to wait ,inchrge said finish no more ,time 8:30 pm,

The reception is always empty. Very poor service. The cashier is very rude and not giving enough information on the order/deals. The staff is not at all welcoming. Their body language is very rude. Taking time longer than necessary in serving the order. Very disrespectful behaviour towards the customer.

Bad service, 07/08/2022 at 8:25 pm i took big pizza and i asked the lady in the counter to give me one sauce and she rejected and answered me in very rude way that I should pay , it’s ok for me i will pay but next time she should know how to deal with the customers with a good words !!!
