I ordered online through talabat and my order was delivered on time but had a small issue with my order and i reached the branch manager over the phone.

Let me tell you. This was the only and best branch manager i spoke with, she was so polite and helpful all the way. She made sure my order is placed and i am sure the next time i order pizza hot it will be from masdar city

worst service. the cashier is never there and takes a long time to register your order. took them 1 hour to get 4 pieces of pizza. they even messed up 2 orders from different people in a span of 30 minutes while i was waiting for the cashier to show up. never come here worst place ever.

Terrible terrible "restaurant". I would highly advise staying away from this place. Pizzas are well below par. Never sealed. Reheated dough and always arrive cold. If you complain, they do not even refund, instead suggest you're lying about the order. 0 stars if possible.

Definitely highly recommended and best branch I have tried in Abu Dhabi .
Iam regular customer for that branch .
Pizza is delivered hot with sufficient quantity and amazing quality of taste .
Big thanks to working team & for branch manager there Janna : as she always make sure your order has no issue and trying to get your feedback for improvements .

Never pay before receiving your order with pizza hut. Always saying 30 mins then takes 2 hrs. And managers just say sorry and sorry, hired for nothing. Many times I complained but no response ????????

this is the worst pizza hut branch. pizza either cold or cooked in a weird way and always late or wrong order. their pizza is not baked as per pizza hut's standards
