Pizza Hut is always good and fresh but I'm surprised their pizza has no tomato sauce at all. ????????

Pizza Hut Makani Mall Shamkha Abu Dhabi. I ordered from the pizza hut website and went to collect the pizza. Good customer service and polite staff. Large pizza for 88dhs will feed 5 people. No soft drinks with the deal. Try the chicken ranch flavor pizza. Food court area. Seating is located beside the restaurant. Many other restaurants here. KFC, McDonald's and Baskin Robin. Can get busy at times. Better to order ahead. You can use pizza hut website or app. You can also call the branch. Good parking area. Spar Hypermarket on the ground floor.

Worst experience....I have waited 10 minutes to somebody to take my order....there are no cashier....what the hell...my first experience in pizza hut....and never go to this pizza hut again....????

i think i did finally visit the worst pizza hut branch ever.. the service is below zero.. they were too busy with the app drivers as they dont want to deal with the walk in customers. the front lady was using a teared glove ( omg it was soo ugly and unprofessional). after payment she gave a disappointed very important info ( waiting time is more than 30 min) - it is a fast food. which is ended up with a fight with the unprofessional manager who even dont care to say sorry and the worst thing he talled her if u have any other customer tell them to wait 45 min not less ( OMG????????????)

Worts staff Behavior in All UAE . Cashier have a Attitude Always. They always talking to each other or on phone. Never care if customer is waiting to order. I love pizza but hate pizza hut now. No worries Domino opens new branche here .........

worst service ever.. i ordered 1 limo pizza which is a good deal to buy, but the sales team they delayed it for 1 hour since it was under deal, and too many people recieved their order in between, from my understanding pizza are all the same even if i order limo or normal..its aonly the bread that differs... but they intentionally delayed it because they doesnt want to give the best deal easily.. all these time when i was waiting for limo pizza.. there was atleast 30 to 40 customers gave order and left the counter..

am i not paying ?? is it a free food?? why there is deals and offers if you doesnt want to give away??.. seems like i was in a queue begging for free food.

had even try calling customer care..but no response..

Pizza hut is on 1st floor in the food court. The staff members are having so friendly.... But they are not caring enough for home delivery customer.... The said wait wait 5 min cooking they take 30/40 minutes......

The worst restaurant I have seen, My order was at 12: 10 am. But received at 02:30 am . I strongly recommend not choose this restaurant as your targeted meals. Very bad very bad. I could not get words to describe their bad services.

Went for a walk along from vale park to new Brighton called in to get a portion of chips, as my friend said it was the best chippy in new Brighton (think he's been smoking something) but it was the worst portion ever looked like they were cooked in used oil and not even cooked properly and it's a cash only business in this day and age ?

We visit the place first time and we enjoy our food. Lovely portion for the money. Spend £16 for 2 fish&chips and curry sauce. Fresh cook to order , very friendly staff. Give just 4 star because the place need bit of refurbishment.
Doesnt look very pleasant on the inside. But food is very nice.

One fish cost's £6.50 and the other £4.50. I asked the lady are they both small and she said no they weigh them to watch my friend eat the other and there was no different, a bit to greasy also and the inside is filfy, you can see cobwebs hanging of the roof all over the cooking area

Ordered before a family but got served after them. Chips were warm ups even though they'd just opened. Fish ok but batter was abysmal. Large fish and chips same size as small. £15 for two disappointing meals. Place is run down and not clean, so were the staff.

£6.50 for large fish but it’s the same size as the £4.50 , also the chips are warm ups , not good value £10 includes cold peas

Avoid I have been two times now and both time’s horrible and greecey food and chips just taste odd . I really did give it 2nd try and now I’m really disappointed I just threw away the chips they were that bad

Fantastic quality Fish and chips: a seaside classic, cooked perfectly. No matter the weather, get yourself some ( Mediterranean chippy) chips as a treat ????????.

Enjoyed 2 fish and chips from here this cold and windy Sunday. Cooked to order, lovely crispy fish and great tasting new potato chips????
