I paid £12 for a normal taxi to the Airport, was quoted £22 to get back home. I added a McDonalds stop and was finally charged £26.50 (McDonald’s was on route)
The Arrow Driver made us feel very uncomfortable and was demanding extra money for waiting. Made my girlfriend feel very awkward whilst waiting for food. Not an enjoyable ride home for twice the price. We were dumped in the middle of the road and told that we had short changed him.

Absolutely shocking prices, daylight robbery, this driver said he wasn’t paid enough but runs around in a 70 plate class Mercedes, desk woman charged for wrong location, clearly incompetent as when I typed the street in versus what she selected it clearly was for the address we should have been sent to, a load of councillors must be getting hefty kickbacks for this one

Nice people. Should make it clearer you need to go to the desk in the airport to let them know you have arrived. I pre booked and waited outside for a long time for my car to turn up. It was really frustrating but my driver and the guy I spoke to in the airport were very nice, so that made it better.

I use Arrow cars every time I arrive at Newcastle Airport. They are extremely convenient for me and their staff are also very presentable and professional.

The drivers are all really nice and professional, they also engage in conversation which means that the journey for me is not awkward and boring.

Highly recommend this service as they will also pick you up from anywhere in Newcastle and drop you at the airport.

Had a delayed flight home from Alicante, seemingly due to the weather over Manchester, so we arrived home 2 hours later than expected.
Lift home was cancelled, rather than have them waiting up most of the night.
So, we decided to use Arrow Taxis, who have a desk in the airport that you book and pre pay for. Could not believe that it cost £52.00 to go to Birtley. What a complete rip-off !
Should be wearing masks when the rob you !

Had the lovely experience of being cut up by one of their drivers trying to get out from behind a parked bus. Last minute he pulls out in front of me. I used my horn to which he brake checked me. Needles to say I feel sorry for anyone thinking being a passenger if their drivers drive like that.

The taxi driver at the beginning was not nice. The dirty door hit me because the driver probably let it go as I was getting in and the floor was so dirty
that after this trip with Arrow Taxi I had to clean my partner's service dog.
After we informed the lady at the airport that we were traveling with a service dog, we had to wait longer for the taxi and also had to listen to embarrassing stories that the taxi driver wouldn't take it because... At the end of the story, we got an unpleasant taxi driver who had no fuel and we had to go to the gas station to refuel. the journey took almost as long as a flight and was definitely more expensive with Arrow Taxi Newcastle Airport than a flight.

More expensive compared to local operators but very well organised the few times I have used them. Keep you updated on the status and always on time. Friendly drivers from my experiences and clean cars.
