What a great find this place is very its very tidy place to hire for birthdays or christning partys or even an engagement party prices are very competitive there is an outside and enclosed space for the kids to run around the kitchen is avaliable for refreshments not cooking or if you need a place to maybe run a keep fit or some kind of training give them a call younwill be pleasantly suprised

Balcombe tea rooms are lovely for lunch or a cake. The club sandwich is delicious! If you're thinking about going in the afternoon (after 3pm) suggest you call first as sometimes they close early if it's not too busy. I think they are closed on Mondays as well

A very useful, well equipped and clean venue in the centre of the village. It has a lovely garden too. It is ideal for small functions.
