I've been coming here for 10 years now and the buffet and service has always remained the same high standard of quality.

The buffet may seem a bit small but it's big enough that you'll still be able to grab many different plates and the food quality is really good for the price. Service is great as well and they will prepare special food if you are allergic to something in the buffet or if you have a special diet.

10/10 would recommend

I really never though ponderosa foods are really good, food taste so amazing, like was surprise, its a big yes for me, especially with there fried chicken so crispy and the steak its a heaven. PERFECT ????

Ponderosa has lost its sheen. It's not good any more. The buffet was appalling.

The food quality is good; however, we saw cockroaches on the floor and on our seat and the toilet is very dirty and smelly...i would undertand because the place is old, but restaurant hygiene should also be prioritized as the food quality will be compromised if hygiene is poor.
