I ordered (Beef Tacos Spicy - it says grilled beef) but they send burger in tacos !
also we ordered (Alfredo Pasta) is not good.

This place has the best burgers I could ever have.
The staffs that serves are very friendly and polite.
I would love to recommend this place to all hungry friends ????.

I have had many burger and I have to say that Premium burger is one of the best. loved the thickness of the meat and the meat patty is bigger than the bun. it was juicy and delicious. if u are looking for an affordable burger then Premium burger will always be a go to place for sure

We tried the mushroom beef burger and loved it! Ambience was decent and the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Best burger ???? I ever had in dubai. I want to suggest everyone to try at least one time and it's value for money as well.
And Best thing is quick service.

Small but very friendly service. Been a godsend during the various stages of lockdown, with the ability to pop in and get things sent as well as buy useful odds and ends (including eggs when I couldn’t get them anywhere else!). Always a friendly smile and always helpful. Don’t be put off if there’s a queue outside, you are better going here than any of the other more impersonal Post Office counters.

Very rude staff.

Mother was told by lady in charge that half the items she brought in to send were too big while in reality they would have fitted perfectly within the large letter hole of the check up thing. The lady just looked at the size of the letter and didn’t even try to put it in slightly. We had to re-pack the items from scratch again for no reason.

My partner recently used the check and send passport service she was advised what documents to send and what not to send. The documentation she was advised not to send was required for the passport application. Which has caused a delay in the process and having to go into the passport office to provide them with the documents. My partner raised this with the post office and was advised they would not refund the charge for check and send but instead said they would have words with the member of staff. Which is less than useless to my partner or I as such I have raised this with the passport office as they where astounded all the information provided by this post office was incorrect. If you are on a tight timescale errors like this could cost thousands of pounds by not recieving a passport in the time promised. I will be raising this with royal mail themselves also solely on principle for how she was fobbed off after a string of their mistakes, avoid like the plague

The staff are very unfriendly & very rude. The woman behind the counter made a cheeky remark to her male colleague about me when I returned to clarify something. Its time they learned some manners & thanked the customers for using the service.

Charging double for guaranteed next day pre 1pm instead of what the customer asked for "1st class recorded delivery" and trying to imply that first class would not arrive before next Wednesday when posting on a Friday is a bit much. How to double your turnover with false info.
