Our family of four visited Cardiff and London for 10 days for the first time and Prestige was with us from the moment we arrived at Heathrow till the day we left. The driver was very knowledgeable about the right places to go and the things we could do during our stay. The car was impeccable a d the service was top notch. They certainly helped make our trip a memorable one! Highly recommended.

I booked a car to take me ,my bride and my family from a wedding venue in cardiff to our hotel in cardiff bay . I provided the address of the venue (copied and pasted from website) . Their driver was over an hour late because he was lost. As I was not updated with an estimated arrival time , I had to book an Uber ride which arrived in a few minutes the same time as my chauffeur . On arrival , my chauffeur did not apologise for being late , suggested I take the Uber ride and was overall rude and indifferent to the inconvenience he caused me , my family and my bride. When I insisted on using the ride I paid for , he made it clear he does not want us in the car , telling me he’s not that desperate for my money . Which is a hostile and strange comment at best.The person I made the booking with was made aware of the situation and offered a full refund , This was not honoured and I was only given a part refund (less than half). When I expressed dissatisfaction , my message was ignored . Unprofessional, rude and unreliable. Ruined my wedding night .

Absolutely brilliant service . I used them to get a relative from Gatwick to Cardiff . My relative said the car was comfortable and the driver was very respectful. Thank you x

We had a great experience with Prestige Chauffeurs recently, with journeys to and from Bristol airport. Great communication confirming what we needed when we booked, and both drivers were really friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely use again and would recommend!

Great service, communication was easy and great. Extremely clean cars and very kind drivers. I booked 2 cars for my daughter's birthday and one of them was nicely decorated and my daughter said.." I feel like a VIP TODAY" ????. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend

My family and I used Prestige Chaffeurs for our trip to London and back to Cardiff. The service was excellent, the car was roomy and fit all our luggage, very comfortable and the drivers to and fro were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the service and will definitely use them again. Truly a 5 star experience, I'm really happy to have found them.

I am very happy with the service provided by Prestige Chauffeur. I was running late for my wedding and they waited for me. We had a lovely conversation in the car, they made feel very comfortable and at ease during my big day. Thank you, we will be using you again soon!
