We travelled up from England this morning and we called in at the gretna outlet park. We forgot our face coverings so went in the tourist information in the centre to ask where could get one from? We were then escorted to GAP outlet to get a ???? mask. I just wanted to say that the man who took us there was Welsh Bob. For our first taste of Scotland it was brilliant he was courteous informative and helpful beyond his job description.we appreciated every thing he said and enjoyed our day. Let's hope the rest of Scotland can come up to the high standard of bob.
