Most of the plugs are off, some work for a few minutes

They state that EV's are £1 for 30mins with free charging. By the time you have got to the charger on the second floor you have 20 mins of free charging ... and then you cant validate your ticket because the office is closed. I have asked for a refund and so far they have ignored me. My advice - AVOID!
