In spite of several calls & follow up, I’ve not been refunded my Security Deposit. I have been calling time and again.Worst service. Please attend the calls & give us time when exactly the fund will be refunded?☹️

its been 5 months we still dint receive our security deposit and they don’t even respond to calls even if we visit directly they don’t respond proper.Very worst

They don’t have time to attend the calls of prospective clients. When I called they said person is busy and will call back. Next day I called person is in meeting. As there is only one staff to handle leasing she is very busy. So will call back next week.
I viewed one of their apartments and wanted to confirm the deal but with this kind of experience how can anyone go ahead with them

Poor performance
Poor quality
Poor communication
Poor in everything, there is no hierarchy where you feel that the maintenance guys have the upper hand over the management.

Please change timings here.
We reached office for renewal but office close at 3
Call centre staff also said office time is upto 4 but office was close at 3.
Due to this we have to visit tomorrow also. I have taken break of two hours from office for this.
