These people not really professional. When we followup our parcels which really delayed already. They asked about the the tracking numbers. Then we gave tracking numbers. After a while this guy from this +971 56 199 8239 gave another number which is the driver for us to followup. What's the point of this customer service if he cant do his job well? why we need to be the one to call the driver? The destination address only within the city 10 mins away from there HQ and it took them more than 24hrs to deliver. Very poor service.

Better get RUNWAY COURIER next time. Better customer service. And faster delivery service.

When you look for excellence for courier,look no further easy and Hassel free courier service. They deserve 5 start rating but I gave 4 so, they will still try to improve to drive us toward their service.

Name is professional. Service is below unprofessional. You book a shipment then keep begging for pickup, forget delivery.
When you call them, they keep switching call between branches but no one knows whats is status of shipment.

First they are expensive & second it's only their name is professional Express when they not at all professional or orginized can you imagine they did not have a pair of sicorses nor did they have any tape or glue to even stick the package.
Very bad this was my first time & will be my last that I will be dealing with them .
The Abu Dhabi mussafah branch does not go by their name at all which is professional .???????????????????????????????? really wonder how they deal with companies????
