They charge you for problems that existed prior to move in even you you have the pictures to show it was already a problem. They also charge to repaint but don’t repaint. I had to force them to repaint when I moved in although the previous tenant was charged for it.

This is a very good place come and see lots of wildlife in the hedgerow to see this is a must
