Visited in late April as a couple. We had a stay in their heritage tent. As it was off season, we had a very peaceful stay with a cool weather in the evening, But as it was too hot & humid during the day, could not try their activities which are open from 8am to 5pm.
It’s a very nice place to have a weekend getaway with your family and friends, especially in winters where you can have the most of it. They sets a campfire at night too.
The staff were very professional, especially Waqas who took us around, clicking few beautiful pictures.

Very amazing retreat! The domes are cozy to stay in, views are exceptional. Staffs are very hospitable, foods are amazing, we ordered the Lamb Chops for dinner and it's cooked to perfection, breakfast food amazing! What can i say more, amenities and activities are also available. Just a wonderful stay we had.

Three of us stayed in a SkyDome on half board for one night. It was an amazing adventure. It is a bit of a drive on rough roads from the main road but well worth it. The checkin staff were very friendly and made sure we knew all the services that were available to us. We had a 4X4 so were able to drive right to the campsite - following one of the staff cars. (If you are in a smaller vehicle, they will deliver you and your baggage to the site)

The tent was very spacious and clean. A comfortable queen sized bed, a not so comfortable sofa bed , chair, coffee table, wardrobe, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A fruit basket and water were also in the tent on arrival. The beautiful ensuite bathroom was large with a very nice shower. Good water pressure and lots of hot water - a real treat. The AC was excellent and it was quite warm during our visit. There were wicker rocking chairs on the deck outside. Staff will come to set up the sofabed and to start the outdoor firepit on request. We sat outside to watch the fire and the stars in the evening.

The food was all very good. You can order the food delivered to your tent or you can go and eat outside at the reception area. For dinner (served until 11pm!) we had a choice of 5 or 6 starters, mains and deserts for supper which we had delivered to our tent. We had really thick juicy lamb chops and baked salmon. The starter salads were excellent and we ordered cheesecake and brownies for desert. We chose to have breakfast down at reception and again there were several choices, all well prepared and above average quality. We were very impressed. The restaurant is open 8 am to 11pm so if you arrive early afternoon, you can eat lunch. (We didn't know this and stopped in Al Ain to eat which was a mistake)

If you are wanting to get to the top of Jebel Hafit from the campsite to watch the sunset which is well worth it - be aware that it is about a 1/2 drive around the bottom of the mountain range and then up so allow lots of time.

Highly, highly recommend this to everyone in the cool season. The staff are to be commended for their wonderful service.

A hidden gem in the middle of the desert. Staff is super super friendly and helpful. The bubble skydome is unique. Never experienced that before. And I love how they use less plastic and more recycled stuff.

I improved the score after management came to help (but they should definitely inform their staff to help guests onboarding). That being said, I still regret not to have been able to enjoy their star gazing dedicated place during the night. It is actually quite near to the tents but staff told us that we couldn't go there during the night, which is a problem if we want to see stars !

Hands down my best night experience ever.
The calmness at night is amazing, the crew is super helpful and the show during the day was entertaining.
Would recommend everyone to do this at least once!

The stay was really nice. We went in april towards the end of season. We booked for traditional heritage tent for two at 350/- aed on a saturday. Eventhough it's hot during morning, the climate was really good after evening. The way they have arranged the place is quite clean and tidy. The view of jabel hafeet from the tent is really nice as well. I would strongly recommend this place. The staff were really accomodating. In particular, Waqas helped us in getting to know the place better and he took us some nice pictures at the best spots. I would definetely come for stay again in the next winter.

Planned this trip for a special occasion with my husband recently and basis the reviews online. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed to see the service and the quality of our experience in total was not met. It is quite an expensive stay, almost equivalent to a five star hotel price in Dubai but we were happy to pay basis the experience promised. They fell short on all aspects right from the road constructed to reach the location. Even if u have a 4x4 this road is not recommended as it is rocky and uneven. A staff member even told us that maintenance of the road has been long due. The rooms are decent and the shared bathrooms are clean but they do not have basic amenities in the room such as sanitizers, mirror, coffee machine / or water heater, towels, amongst other things. The retreat experience promised isn’t available. The place is not maintained enough to be called a desert park.
The food was the biggest disappointment. We checked the rates and menu before going and were impressed with the prices and the variety. We therefore decided not to carry any backup food with us. We ordered a mix grill platter for dinner which was Aed 65, some fries and an ice tea (which was advertised as good for 4), total cost of dinner was Aed 109. The food delivered wasn’t even enough for one person let alone for 2. The ice tea was a medium glass full enough for 1 person. The grill platter had 3 medium skewers with 3 shrimps, a thin meat kebeb and 3 grilled chicken pieces with 15 sticks of fries (yes we counted). This was quite a rip off. Later in the morning too, the breakfast was not made to our preference and was quite disappointing. When we complained about the food quantity and quality the only response the staff had was “we understand and we are sorry”. They did not even bother to problem solve themselves unless asked.
Not only is the place over priced, the amenities are not upto the standard of even a 3 star and it definitely is not a retreat. The staff need more training and need to be taught how to think on their feet to problem solve and not just politely acknowledge their drawbacks. By far one of our worst experiences in the UAE.
