Dear Hotel Team / Noon Delivery Team

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent food delivery I received from your restaurant with order Noon. While the quality of the food was good, I was extremely disappointed with the packing. The food was not packed properly and the all rice out all over the cover, causing the containers to stick together and making it difficult to eat.

As a customer, I expect my food to be delivered in a proper and hygienic manner. The lack of attention to detail by your company with regard to packing and cutlery is unacceptable.

I hope that you can take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future and that you improve the quality of your service.

Apart from Affordability and Authenticity these place is not recommendable

A Yemeni restuarant located in TC area Abudhabi. We tried yesterday with my client. It was not a place where you can take someone for a treat. Their service is path-ethic. Staff was very rude and sarcastic

Not recommending these place

rice was soft and flavourful,
Not spicy , good in Quantity

Quality of the food is at it’s worse, we ordered kunafa and the worst one was that. I never rated any restaurant with 2 stars but, i would never recommend any one this restaurant to waste money.

Restaurant is delivering as per there moods of staffs there.
Sometimes they deliver any items no matter if your order is big or small.
And like today when I called one staff refused to deliver as the amount was less. Even though the location was less than 200 meters.

I just ordered a chicken mandi thru noon. When we received the food, I noticed that the red sauce (not sure what it's called) but looks like a chutney. It almost tasted like spoiled already. Other than that, the chicken is okay.

One of the worst ever fish mandi I had since forever. The rice was not cooked enough and the fish was overcooked to the extent that it is as hard as wood. Would never eat / order from there again. Total waste of money and destruction of appetite. I wish if I could rate in negative stars all the way to infinity.

I had a brilliant time eating my BLT from the local Morrison’s. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
