This garage is an absolute rip-off. A man named Ragil falsely claims to have automotive experts in order to entice customers into their lair. I purchased my own replacement parts and had them installed by this garage. I provided them with both front and rear brakes, but they only installed the front discs. Although I had the rear brakes installed at a different garage, I was informed that they did not have the correct measurement. They did a poor job installing sparkplus, causing my vehicle to malfunction. The worst part is that I supplied them with my spare parts, so I will only be charged for labour. I was offered a contract service that consists of extremely trivial tasks, such as providing a car trailer for delivery. I made an initial payment of AED1,564.50. I am not required to continue working with them, but they do not wish to terminate my contract order. They are fraudulent and incapable of performing any auto repairs.

Quickfit is an excellent workshop. Mr.Ragil is very cooperative service advisor and always updating you in the progress of the repair. They have a big workshop and experienced technicians. Recommended for sure.

Asim is the best technician. He replaced my car battery in 5 minutes professionally. I saved his number in case anything urgent happen. I will definitely recommend.

I had my Infiniti, which had an issue with the windshield washer fluid reservoir, serviced at Quick Fit in less time than was expected. Mr. Ragil was my service assistant, and he managed the case very professionally. He was also prompt in answering my calls whenever I called him, which is highly appreciated. The staff as a whole were polite and helpful.

was promised that my car will be checked both manually and automatically to track any issues either current or upcoming, unfortunately some issues with a/c evaporator were not fixed at the time for unknown reason, apparently to get me to come again and again. not satisfied with their services at all. labour cost and spare parts cost is high compared to the market.

The service was good and friendly staff. However, I still need to see what the quote and time frame on my car will be. Hopefully, all together, it won't take too long. I like the fact that they only use original parts. That's why I decided to go with them as my choice of dealer.
