All you need is to visit RAFCO TRADING for good drinking water in your house without paying for packaged water. I got Doulton water filter for my apartment with ULTRACARB filter. 24hours water with no bad odour or taste or sediments. No fear of drinking micro plastic laden water that is now said to be common in the bottles water.

All spares are available for the filter. I did not have an adaptor to connect my filter for my tap when the building replaced the broken kitchen tap. RAFCO gave me free though I got my filter 3 yrs back

This is an update to my previous review to this company which was really bad! I'm updating my review based on the better experience I had with them last month. The maintenance department did a good job to gain my confidence of this company.

They called me after the service to make sure I was happy. 180 degrees different than before. Thank you for try to provide a good service.

My experience is bad with them.. I contacted one of the Arab people with them and he asked me to send the plans of the house.. Every day I contact him and he tells me after an hour he will reply to me, but that did not happen.. Now more than five days in this case ..

After that, the email was sent, but the email was answered and I tried to communicate with them for some clarifications, but it was of no use at all .. despite my contact on the number of one of them, but to no avail.

Lot of options in menu. Food presentation was good.

Taste wise: We didn’t like any food or drink we ordered. Felt bad to waste most food.

Service was a little hurried even though there were very less customers. Even though the lady specifically asked us , in what order do we need food to be served , they brought everything together.

Their lamps are beautiful.

Cash only system is little inconvenient. But you have an ATM right opposite to the restaurant.

The first thing I notice was that it was compact and not really organised. Then the price on the recent Menù is different from the one they put on the website.
The customer service wasn’t really good. I had to wait for a bit of time before I could order.
The food was alright.
However, while eating we noticed that they only accept cash.

Service is brilliant. Atmosphere is thriving and you can see them cooking the food in front of you. As you can see from the photo of the sharing platter, the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The food very delicious and fresh. The portions are large and tasty. The service is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that there is no home delivery ????

A very good restaurant, serving lovely authentic Turkish food. The service is good and there's plenty of choice on the menu. Fair pricing too. Things to be aware of before going, this place is cash only and there is no alcohol on the menu and a no alcohol allowed policy.

Good price with a great portion, even have to take away for another meal. No doubt food was good, but the reason for 4 stars is the service. We had been waited for a pretty long time for a waitress to come take the bill. We could see that they were busying tidying the other tables after a group visit. Therefore, we patiently waited, but they took quite some time to get it done. In my opinion, serve the customer first, it’s just the bill, won’t take you ages to process.

Let me tell you something the food here is alot and it is filling as hell but let me tell you something else the food is flavourful you don't need to ad salt or nothing and I'm was abit thrown off with the price a little but when you see the size of the of your portion ohhhh. God dayum go there as a family go there with a day ❤️"you will get laid after" and its just good vibes
