A total joke. They didn't bother even trying to deliver the parcel and to top it all off the item got damaged which was left for us to contact the supplier to sort out their damages.
Customer services was good though.

Absolutely disgusting treatment from this company. They claimed to have tried to deliver my new roof rack but couldn't get down the road... I even left a printed message on the gate to say DX delivery. Teeside help centre was about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

No delivery attempted but txt saying we missed you gave us a 033 number to ring that did nothing took all my details then hung up. Useless company

Two days two messages saying we weren't in.
No card was left, no one called at our home.
Incredibly bad service.
Live chat doesnt work, the phone lines tell you to rebook delivery, cant speak to a human, I dont even know how to contact my local depot 2 miles away to collect it.
I will never use DX again.

Why on earth have a box saying if not in deliver to my neighbour. They obviously can't follow instructions. I was out this morning and had put on the redelivery note leave ar my neighbour s as it needed a signature. The parcel was delivered thus afternoon and I said to the driver why didn't you leave it with my neighbouthis morning. He didn't say anything thing. Totally useless company.

Id give no stars if i could. Went past the 2 hour slot to receive a message stating they could not find my address. Next day went past 2 hour slot to say they missed me and left a card. Which i was in and no attempt was made or card was left. Third day i changed address to my mothers with hope it might help. Sorry i missed you message again with no attempt of any delivery. Do not use this company. I will be going to the depot to hopefully collect my parcel tomorrow but we shall se. What a joke!

Total waste of time waited in 3 times and no show, on time slots,driver Ryan needs sacking absolute joke of a company.
