Unfortunately very bad experience with Ram repairs workshop.
My car was there for 15 days just for inspection of small accident and they keep giving me excuses until I came and found out my self. Even the ram repair manager was giving unbelievable excuses form his head as he think ppl r stupid and will believe him. I drive more then 25years and deal with many cars dealer and workshop. Never had this bad experience before the (worst ever) in term of luck of dealing with customer professionally and waiting time. My advise to ppl must be strict from first hour with them other ways u will be taking off from work to follow up and waist time.

The qualiy of service is very poor .. one of the employee is really not responsible and he is ignoring the customer all the time for just small work i need to beg the employee for two weeks just to let me know what is the problem in my car and reply back to me .. for two week i called more the 3 times a day and he keeps ignoring .. one of the worst experience i had with this service center .. always recommend before buying a cars check and search about the quality that the service center gives!! And unfortunately i feel really bad that i bought ram.

Very bad service from RAM i regret that i bought this car i should’ve first looked into dealer customer service. My car is brand new RAM limited and many cracking sounds coming out. When i take it to service they say there is one part need to be change but its not available and need to order it from USA. 5 months and till this day they don’t answer back and didn’t solve this problem. I am just planning to open case against this dealer when i have the time.

Very bad location in the industrial area, so much traffic it takes over 45 minutes to get there. Wait time on Saturday is so bad . You lose big portion of your day just to drop your car

Professional people, nice and friendly staff.
They have guy named Anwar in customer service , he takes very good care of your car and remembers all issues.
