Very comfortable rooms. Night staff check-in with Jalil was very efficient with resolving an issue. All of the rest of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Particularly the gentleman (I didn't catch his name) who was working the Valet parking over night shift 6-7 Aug went out of his way to help us with parking. Thank you all!

Our experience at Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche, a 4-star hotel, was nothing short of wonderful. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was truly commendable, and their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were well-maintained and offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat, offering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. While the pool was not the largest, it was still adequate, and my children had a great time splashing around. The good wifi and breakfast were definitely a plus, making our mornings more convenient and satisfying. The only minor drawback was the AED 20 charge for valet parking, but considering the overall quality of our stay, it was a small price to pay. All in all, we left Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche with smiles on our faces, grateful for the memories created during our time there.

The Hotel is in a prime location. Property is not maintained as expected. Rooms Furniture’s are tiered, not in good condition. Restaurants are crowded on weekends with guests from outside. They do have enough space and can allocate a separate space for in-house guests, but they are not utilizing the space properly. The staff are good, and they are trying the possible ways to make guests comfortable but not getting to the extent they wish to do. They don’t keep enough staff at valet parking (charging AED 20 Per day). We need to wait for a long time in the car or we need to find someone ourselves. Also not keeping enough bell boys to manage the guest luggage. If you don’t want to wait long then take your luggage yourself, do your check-in and manage the luggage yourself and find your room.
This all can be managed by a good management team. Hope they will investigate this very soon!

Really good place to stay and relax for a day or two. Ramada company has always been good and they have always kept and maintained their quality. Outside it doesn't look that appealing honestly but the really quality lies in the their hospitality, the colour themes, design, etc. This is really well done and we liked our stay. Honestly this was one of the best hotels here in this area when we checked online for this price. Price is definitely worth the quality.

Poor experience
Booked executive suite, and below is the experience:
1. Check in : Waited for 1 hour to arrive the luggage in my room.
2. Booked Suite but very, very poor facilities. The washroom was very dirty , old, and outdated.Jet pressure was very low, and shower pressure was extremely high.
3. Room windows are so dirty that we were not able to view the outside view then What is the benefit of taking sea view by paying extra.
4. TV is not working . Only 1 channel was coming.
5. If suite condition is like this, then can not even imagine what could be the the condition of other rooms .
6. Pool is so small cannot swim more than 2 people.
7. Pool timings are starting from 9.00 am : difficult to swim at this time that too at top in this summer condition.
Breakfast ends at 10.30 so anyone going to swim can not have breakfast.
8. Housekeeping is least bothered. I called housekeeping so many times, but no one was picking up the phone.
There was water spillage in the wash room , the housekeeper came to attend after 2 hours and 3 reminders.
9. Room windows were screwed so that no one could open , which made suite very suffocated.
10. Parking is chargeable.
11. Suite booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and hotel accepted booking but no arrangements for kids in night to sleep.

Not recommended at all to anyone to stay in Ramada Cornich. Extremely poor conditions.

Huge miscommunication in the hotel. It looks like the hotel is sorely lacking staff for such a number of guests. At the check-in, a receptionist took a very long time, since the room was not ready at 5PM, but did not talk about it, talking in his own language with someone on the phone (the set of words clean-inspected is clear to me). We checked in twenty minutes later and there was still a housekeeper in the room, who was frightened of our arrival and ran away, saying that there were no towels, but they would be brought as soon as possible. An hour later they were not brought, and only after two calls in the interval of 30 minutes they were brought. Whatever you asked, it takes so long time to get it. After requesting slippers we got them after 3 hours! We were checked in to the connector room. It's not a problem for me, but not in this hotel. At three o'clock in the morning, our neighbours after check-in guess, decided to try to open the door between us, but since it did not open, they tried even harder to try to open it and thereby frightened my mother very much. Later, they were very noisy at night for several days and tried to open the door every day. The windows in the hotel are very dirty, the corridor smells awfully sickly. The pool and sun loungers are not for the number of people in the hotel. I came to pay for the hotel in advance and asked if it was possible to organize something for my mother birthday. If they said no, it's absolutely okay for me, but they promised to do something, just had to write an email in advance. I wrote an email, but in the end nothing was done and the question is: why promise? Only after the manager Merry organized a surprise for my mother, for what I am very grateful to her. For the price of a hotel, you don't expect something wow, but it's very far from the standard there. All in all, the hotel still needs a lot of improvement.

Had lunch in Lemon Restaurant, a very simple and limited buffet, yet you won't need mote than that since food was very delicious. Staff are so kind and always around you to serve the best they can.
A nice lady from the team even asked me to show my valet ticket when I was leaving, imagine, she called them to get my car ready so I won't have to wait! Amazing staff...

You have to pay 20 AED extra for parking every day. So if you get the rate of 200 a night then you have to add another 20 AED to that.

Another issue it will take time to get your car parked or to get it back in the morning. If you have a meeting then it's better to leave 20 - 30 minutes early.
