I have been their regular customer until recently when i bought rice from them. It had very less quality compared from my previous experience with them. When i called the owner and informed about this, he said its on company who is the supplier of rice. What can we do. Company might change the quality of rice sometimes.

What i think is if he cant take ownership of what he sell, or if he doesn't ensure quality what is the point of buying from Al Ramla Flour mill
