Went into the branch today at 3.15pm only to find it was closed! No notification to customers as far as I know. They closed my branch so I now have to use this one. Opening hours from the dark ages. Customer services?? I don't think so

Bad staff been very unhelpful regarding a case with them even though I have been a faithful customer all these years as I am severely disabled this has been a major burden for me. Would not recommend!

Staff at Chester le Street & DURHAM are great but lack of information on Santander website stating the branches are open when they are not. Only found out after two wasted journeys but suppose they are typical of banks in today’s world in which we live
