Speedy, professional, friendly, cheerful, helpful knowledgeable these are just some of the things that I observed and received, when I had to use Enterprise Car & Van hire.
My car had broken down and after a long frustrating day made worse by an incompetent breakdown & recovery company. It was with relief that on arrival I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The paperwork was completed promptly and I was shown the car a Citroën C3 the controls were shown to me and a visual check completed, I was soon on the road home.
The same thing on returning the car to my local branch 330 miles away, a visual check of the car, fuel and mileage checked and a few minutes later I was being driven home by a member of staff. Overall a very pleasing experience.

I have given 4/5 stars, not for anything being wrong, but to encourage better pricing options & packages. The "live" prices are a pain in the holiday butt. This is the same for all car rental companies.

Hired a van for the weekend.. 1st class service. Extremely polite and helpful staff for both the pick up and drop off. Even offered me a lift if I needed one after dropping off the van.. Vehicle was also in tip top shape.. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Hired a car for three weeks, and was given a free upgrade to a small SUV. Mostly urban driving but also took it to London and back. Great car, great service at pick up and drop off, and it made my UK holiday so much easier. I’ll use Enterprise Stockton again on my next visit, it’s worth it!

Hired a van for 24 hours for moving house. The whole experience from booking online to pick up of the van o the morning was superb. Abbey dealt with my hire and she was polite, informative and extremely helpful. The van was in excellent condition, clean and ideal for what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Enterprise again for hire of a vehicle and would highly recommend them.

Absoultly fantastic service.
Picked me up from car repair centre and sorted me a car out in no time at all.
A young lady called Abbey dealt with me, and couldnt have been more welcoming.
She's a credit to enterprise.????

Had a very terrible experience with them. Rented a car using my debit card and Nigerian international drivers licence. Upon pickup I was asked for a credit card because I presented my "Nigerian international drivers licence". Shattered all my plans and are still yet to refund my money.
